HEC Invites Applications for Omani Scholarship Program 2026–27 for Undergraduate Studies
The Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan, has invited applications for the Omani Scholarship Program 2026–27 for undergraduate studies offered by the Government of the Sultanate of Oman. Eligible Pakistani/AJK nationals are encouraged to apply before the extended deadline of 16 July 2026.

Eligible Pakistani/AJK nationals with a valid USAT score (test taken between 13 June 2025 and 13 June 2026) may apply for nomination. No separate USAT test will be conducted for this scholarship.
