HEC Announces Fully Funded Allama Muhammad Iqbal Scholarship for International Undergraduate Students
The Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan, has invited applications for the Allama Muhammad Iqbal Scholarship 2026, offering fully funded undergraduate (BS) study opportunities in Pakistan for students from Central Asia and friendly countries. The scholarship covers tuition fees, accommodation, a monthly stipend, travel expenses, and settlement support. Interested candidates may apply by 10 August 2026.
The Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan, has announced applications for the Allama Muhammad Iqbal Scholarship 2026, a fully funded undergraduate (BS) scholarship program for students from Central Asian and friendly countries who wish to pursue higher education in Pakistan.
The scholarship is available in a wide range of academic disciplines, including Engineering & Technology, Computer Science & IT, Allied Health Sciences, Business & Economics, Agriculture & Social Sciences, Food Security & International Relations, and Media & Languages.
The scholarship package includes:
Full tuition fee waiver
Free accommodation
Monthly stipend
Travel and airfare (once during the degree program)
One-time settlement support
Applicants must have GCE A Levels or an equivalent qualification with at least 60% marks (or 65% for Engineering programs) and are required to obtain an IBCC Equivalence Certificate after being awarded the scholarship.
